What do you need to remember? Checklist for the person registering the team, captain and runner

Person registering the team(s)

Before the run

• Collect the data necessary for registration from the players.
• If you are registering teams for the first time, create an account at polandbusinessrun.pl.
• Log in to your account and check that the invoice details are up to date.
• Report the team(s) during registration.
• Complete the details of all runners or give captains access to edition so that they can do it.
• Remember that you need to complete the T-shirt sizes by 31.05 if you chose starter packs with a T-shirt.
• Make sure that the proforma for team participation is paid on time (the proforma payment period is 14 days).
• After paying the proforma, make sure that the VAT invoice has reached the accounting department.
• Make sure that in the event of changes in the teams, they are introduced in the user panel on the polanbusinessrun.pl website (by making changes or giving access to editing to captains).

Captain

Before the run

• If you are participating in the stationary formula, collect signed runners declarations from all team members.
• Collect starting packages (or authorize someone to collect them).
• Give the starter packs to your team members.
• Involve your team in the I Help More competition and motivate them to run.

In addition, if the registering person granted you access to the team edition:

• Complete the data of all players.
• Remember that in the case of starter packs with a T-shirt, you need to complete the T-shirt sizes by 31.05.
• Make sure that in the event of changes in teams, they are introduced in the user panel on the polanbusinessrun.pl website.

On the day of the run

Stationary run:

• Take a relay baton with you.
• Attend the captains' briefing and hand over the briefing information to your team members.
• Make sure that the relay baton is returned to the Organizer at the finish line.

Virtual run:

• Make sure each team member enters their results within the indicated time.

Runner

Before the run

• Confirm your participation in the race by clicking on the confirmation link sent by e-mail and confirming the necessary clauses.
• If you are participating in the stationary formula, please provide your team captain with the signed player's declaration.
• Train to run. :)

On the day of the run

• Take part in the run.
• If you participate in the virtual formula, document and register your result via the website or the Poland Business Run application.
• Celebrate with your team.
