Stationary run in Warsaw – information package
Below you will find essential information before participating in the stationary run in Warsaw.
Event programme
The race will take place on 31 August 2025 at Bemowo Airport (entrance from Piastów Śląskich Street).
Three thousand people will compete in the race, which will start at 9:30 a.m.
At 9:00 a.m., there will be a warm-up led by Medicover Sport, our Silver Sponsor, and at 11:30 a.m., the winners will be awarded.
The event and picnic are scheduled to end at around 4:00 p.m.
Race route
Each competitor will have to complete a 4-kilometre route, which will pass through the green areas of Bemowo Airport.
Running town and picnic area
The running town will be located at the airport, right next to the route. There will be many attractions for older and younger participants in the Sponsors' Attractions Zone and the Food&Chill Zone, including hot and cold drinks, children's entertainment, massages, healthy snacks, and sun beds and poufs to rest on before the race.
Change zone
Our race is a charity relay. Runners compete in teams of five, with each team member completing a 4-kilometre route in turn. The change zone is where runners pass the baton to each other before starting the next lap.

Moving around the change zone will be easier with the start numbers, which contain all the necessary information. Each number consists of three parts.

Starter packs
The packs can be collected from the Race Office in Warsaw – at Galeria Młociny, ul. Zgrupowania AK Kampinos 15 (level +1 next to TKMaxx).
The office will be open on 29 and 30 August from 10:00 to 22:00.
The package shall be collected by the team captain or a person authorised by him/her in writing. The person collecting the package must have 5 statements from the players (members of their team) certifying their health condition. Each document must be an original (we do not accept scans) and contain a legible, handwritten signature. We also accept statements signed with an electronic signature. Medal engraving
Would you like to have something engraved on your Poland Business Run 2025 medal?
You can use the services of GrawerBus, which will be operating at the running town. GrawerBus can engrave any information on your medal, e.g. your first name, surname and running time.
There is an additional charge for engraving. Runners who have purchased Charity packages are provided with this service free of charge as part of the package.
Parking and transportation to the race
We recommend using public transportation. The best way to get to the Bemowo Airport area is to take the M2 metro to the Bemowo Metro station and then take tram lines 11, 19, 26, or 78. The race organiser does not provide parking for participants and guests.
Please remember to arrive at least half an hour before the start to find your team and get into the change area. The warm-up starts at 9 a.m.!
