In what order should my team run?

The order of competitors in the team on the results list corresponds to the order declared in the Registration Form by 22 August.
Does every virtual runner have to download the Poland Business Run app?
No, downloading the PBR app is not necessary. The virtual distance can also be registered via another sports app and then uploaded via the pbr.pl website.
However, we encourage you to use the PBR app to track the race live. Below you can read about how it works.
Adding your result in the PBR app
This year, there are three ways to register for the virtual run:
1. Tracking the run in real time via the Poland Business Run app
The first way is to follow the race in real time via the Poland Business Run app.
To use this method, download the Poland Business Run app. Then open the app and select the ‘Poland Business Run 2025 – learn more’ button in the top right corner.
Please note – the ‘find your team’ and ‘log in’ buttons are not used to register for the virtual run! You do not need to log in or create an account in the app before starting the run.
After clicking the ‘Learn more’ button, you will see a panel with information about the run, as well as an orange ‘Start virtual run’ button at the bottom of the page. To start tracking your run, click this button.
You will then see your location on the map and an orange ‘Start PBR run’ button. Click the button and start the virtual competition!
Your location, activity time and distance will be displayed on the screen. You can lock your smartphone screen – the run will be recorded in the background. The measurement will stop automatically when you exceed a distance of 4 km.
You will then see the message ‘You did it! Poland Business Run 2025 completed!’ and a summary of your activity, i.e. your time and distance covered. To save your run, enter your email address (make sure it is the same one you used when registering!) and press the orange ‘save’ button.
Please note – the option to start the virtual run will only be available from 1 September until 7 September at 23:59.
2. Recording your result via the Poland Business Run app
The second way to do it is to record your result using any sports app and enter it into the Poland Business Run app.
How to do it? Register your 4-kilometre run using any app, watch or treadmill of your choice. Then take a screenshot/photo confirming your result. The photo should show the time and distance.
Next, download and open the Poland Business Run app. Select the ‘Poland Business Run 2025 – learn more’ button in the upper right corner.

Until when do I have to register my result?
The virtual competition runs from 1 to 7 September. Remember to register your result by 23:59 on 7 September!
If any member of your virtual team does not complete the race or does not enter their result via the app or website, the team will not be classified in the race.

Remember that the result can only be entered once, in one team, and cannot be edited. Incorrect entry or failure to enter the result within the specified time is not subject to complaint.
If you encounter technical problems when entering your result or registering your run, use the ‘report error’ option in the app or send an email to [email protected].
When will the results of the virtual PBR 2025 be announced?
The official results will be announced within 2 weeks after the end of the virtual competition on the Poland Business Run website.
