PBR Kids – sporting fun for the little ones. Sign your child up!

26.06.2026

Running, smiles and lots of fun – that’s what awaits the youngest participants in PBR Kids! For the fourth time, children will be joining this unique Poland Business Run initiative, showing that helping others through running knows no age limits. The young runners will take to the starting line on 30 August in Warsaw and on 5 and 6 September in Kraków. Registration opens on 1 July and will run until 27 August or until places are filled.

We created PBR Kids so that every child can experience the joy of running, regardless of their age or experience. The distances are short and tailored to the children’s abilities; the races are not timed, and the youngest participants can complete the course alongside a parent or carer. PBR Kids is intended, above all, to be a fun family experience, rather than a sporting challenge.

Race dates and registration

Registration for PBR Kids will open on 1 July at 8.00 am and will remain open until 27 August 2026 or until all places are filled. The young runners will compete on three dates – first in Warsaw, then in Kraków:

Age of runners

Children born between 2014 and 2025 – that is, aged 1 to 12 – are eligible to take part in PBR Kids. The distances have been tailored to the participants’ ages: from 50 metres for the youngest children born between 2023 and 2025, through 100 and 200 metres for the subsequent age groups, to 400 metres for the oldest runners born between 2014 and 2016. A child’s year of birth determines which category they are assigned to.

Limited places

A child may be registered for PBR Kids by a parent or legal guardian. This year, we have allocated a total of 1,000 places for participants: 200 in Warsaw, 400 in Kraków on 5 September, and 400 in Kraków on 6 September. Places are allocated on behalf of registration.

Entry fee

The entry fee is 49 zł and will be donated in full to support the young beneficiaries of the Poland Business Run Foundation.

The young runners will be helping, amongst others, Matylda, a 6-year-old from Wrocław who, three years ago, underwent below-knee leg amputations as a result of a severe case of sepsis. She is a cheerful little girl who is full of courage and plans. She rides horses, swims, and in the future would like to conquer the Crown of the Polish Mountains. Thanks to PBR Kids, she will take part in a specialist rehabilitation camp, where she will work on improving her mobility with prosthetic legs.

Support will also go to Kuba, a 13-year-old from Limanowa, who was born with orthopaedic conditions: the absence of his right hand and forearm, two fused fingers on his left hand, a shortened and bent tibia, as well as the absence of the fibula, the ankle joint, metatarsal bones and ligaments in the knee of his right leg. In his daily life, Kuba loves playing the guitar, and thanks to PBR Kids, he will take part in a rehabilitation camp that will help him improve his walking technique and maintain the health of his spine.

What’s in the starter pack?

PBR Kids is the first sporting adventure that the little ones will remember for a long time to come. Every participant will receive a starter pack containing a commemorative T-shirt, a race number and a sweet treat, and a medal will be waiting for them once they cross the finish line. There’ll also be plenty of loud cheering and a unique atmosphere, making every child feel like a real winner.

After the race, it’s well worth staying with us a little longer. In the race village, there’s plenty of fun in store for the little ones – games and entertainment, face painting, soap bubbles, inflatables, group dancing and many other surprises. It’s a perfect opportunity to spend an active day with your family and enjoy the excitement of sport together.
