Collecting your starting packages – what do you need to know?
How do you collect your race pack for an in-person race in Krakow or Warsaw? When can you expect your race pack for the virtual race to arrive? Below, you'll find the most important information about the Race Office's operations, the documents required for collection, and race pack shipping.
Starting numbers
Want to find out which round of the Poland Business Run you'll be running in? You can check it by your race number:
- Numbers 1–600 – in-person race in Warsaw – August 31 (Sunday),
- Numbers 601–1950 – Round 1 of the in-person race in Krakow – September 6 (Saturday),
- Numbers 2001–3750 – Round 2 of the in-person race in Krakow – September 7 (Sunday),
- Numbers 4001–9950 – virtual race.
You can find your team's starting numbers in the search bar at: https://polandbusinessrun.pl/pl/teams (Field ➡ Search for team). Information about the order of competitors is available in the user panel after logging in.
Indoor Run in Krakow (Real, Real Plus, Real Charity Packages)
Packages for the indoor run in Krakow can be collected at the Krakow Race Office, located in the Cracovia Hall at al. Focha 40.
The Race Office will be open from September 3rd to 6th, 2025:
- September 3rd (Wednesday) – 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- September 4th (Thursday) – 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- September 5th (Friday) – 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- September 6th (Saturday) – 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Packages are collected by the team captain or an individual authorized by them in writing. The person collecting them must bring a packet of 5 Statements from the athletes (their team members) certifying their health. NOTE: Each document must be original (we do not accept scans) and contain a legible, handwritten signature. It is possible to sign and submit the documents electronically (instructions on how to do this can be found in the last attachment - Athlete's Declaration in Electronic Format).

PBR Kids in Krakow
Packages for PBR Kids can be picked up at the Race Office in Krakow, at the Cracovia Arena at al. Focha 40.
The Race Office will be open from September 3rd to 6th, 2025:
- September 3rd (Wednesday) – 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- September 4th (Thursday) – 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- September 5th (Friday) – 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- September 6th (Saturday) – 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Those who are unable to pick up their children's race packages at the Arena can do so on Sunday, September 7th, by 11:00 AM at the running park in Jordan Park.
There will still be a few free race packages available for children aged 4 to 12. If you want your child to run in PBR Kids and you don't have a place booked, ask the staff on site about the possibility of participating.
Indoor Run in Warsaw (Real, Real Plus, and Real Charity Packages)
Packages for the indoor run in Warsaw can be collected at the Warsaw Race Office, located in Galeria Młociny at Zgrupowania AK Kampinos 15 Street (level +1 next to TKMaxx). The Race Office will be open from August 29-30, 2025:
- August 29 (Friday) – 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- August 30 (Saturday) – 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Packs are collected by the team captain or an individual authorized by them in writing. The person collecting them must bring a set of 5 Athlete Statements (from their team members) certifying their health.

Virtual Run (Virtual, Virtual Plus, and Virtual Charity Packages)
Competition packages for participants in the virtual run will be delivered by GLS couriers – our Logistics Partner.
We will send a complete set of five race packages per team by August 22, 2025, to the address provided by the team in the Registration Form.
Team Captains are asked to distribute the packages among the runners.
Virtual Eco Package
Runners who choose the Virtual Eco package are 100% committed to ecology! This package does not include a physical t-shirt or medal. Runners will receive a virtual medal – it will be available for download from the leaderboard on the Poland Business Run website after completing the charity distance.
