Poland Business Run 2025 - what do you need to know?

Registration for the 14th edition of the largest charity business relay in Poland will start soon! The distance of our relay can be covered in stationary competitions in Krakow or in a virtual competition from anywhere in the world. The funds collected from the starting packages will allow us to support more people with mobility disabilities and after mastectomy. What new features and attractions are we preparing for runners this year?

As every year, we listened to the needs of our runners and partners to create the best possible event. Below you will find all the most important information about this year's stationary and virtual race, accompanying events, the Help More campaign and the new Poland Business Run mobile application.

REGISTRATION FOR THE RACE

This year, registration will start on May 13 and will last until June 5 or until the limit of places is reached (in the case of the race in Krakow). In both formulas, we offer several variants of starting packages. Team registration will take place online at https://bieg.pbr.pl/en/.

You can go there today, create an account in our system and fill in your company details, and after the registration starts, just add your teams. Before that, you can complete information about the team players (name and surname, email address, phone number, date of birth). At the time of registering a team, the data of at least one person is required, the remaining 4 players can be filled in later.

VIRTUAL RACE – September 1–7

We can no longer imagine PBR without virtual competition with the application, from anywhere in the world. Last year, above 28,000 participants ran with us in this way and they could be found all over Poland and 21 other countries, such as Canada, France, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

This year, runners will once again have to cover a distance of 4 km - running or walking, as well as with a stroller, Nordic walking poles, on a treadmill or while walking a dog. The novelty is that they will have a whole week to complete this task, from September 1 to 7, and not one day, as before.

Expect interesting reports on our social media channels from different corners of the world - you can't miss it!

STATIONARY RACE IN KRAKOW – 6–7 September

The race will take place in 2 rounds – one will start on Saturday 6 September and the other on Sunday 7 September (both at 9:30). Thanks to this, competitors will have more space in the transition zone. It will also allow us to increase the limit of competitors to 16,000 (3,200 teams). Each relay competitor will have to cover a distance of 4 km around Błonia and in Jordan Park.

This year in Krakow we have also planned two accompanying events:

• On 6 September at 1:00 p.m. a new team formula will debut – PBR Walk! This is an option for those who, for example, for some reason cannot or do not like running, but still want to help. The competitors from the team will have to walk one lap around Błonia (3.6 km) together. The limit of participants is 2,000 people (400 teams).
• On September 7th – as part of PBR Kids – we will invite the youngest runners to compete. At the start in Jordan Park, we will once again see squirrels, foxes and lions. Children will start in 3 distances (100–400 meters) and in 3 age categories (4–10 years old). More information and registration dates will be available soon. Get ready for 2 days of fun and sports competition, as well as a traditional picnic for entire families in Jordan Park!

POLAND BUSINESS RUN MOBILE APP

This year we launched a new mobile app Poland Business Run – a tool that combines sports, charity and community. It is intended mainly for employees of companies and corporations, motivating, integrating and engaging them in sports and charity activities. It will help build healthy habits and a sense of motivation for regular activity, and you can use it to record running workouts, walking, cycling, swimming in the pool, yoga or trekking.

This edition of PBR will also feature a charity competition between teams and companies. Not only will individual teams be able to compete for the title of the leader in helping, but companies can also engage their teams to jointly collect additional funds.
