PBR 2026 in Warsaw – 30 August – learn more

18.08.2026

Soon we’ll be seeing you in the capital for the 15th anniversary edition of the Poland Business Run! You’ll find the key details below.

Event programme

The run will take place on 30 August 2026 at Bemowo Airport (entrance from Piastów Śląskich Street).

At 8.50 am, we invite you to gather by the stage for a briefing, and at 9.00 am for a group warm-up.

  • The PBR Relay starts at 9.30 am.
  • The PBR Walk starts at 12.30 pm.
  • PBR Kids starts at 1.00 pm.

The event and picnic are scheduled to finish at around 4.00 pm.

Race route

Each runner will cover a 4-kilometre route, which will take place in the green areas of Bemowo Airport.

Running Town and Picnic Area

You’ll find the race village on the airport grounds, right next to the route. There’ll be plenty of attractions for participants of all ages in the sponsors’ tents and in the chill-out zone, including hot and cold drinks, children’s entertainment, massages, healthy snacks, and sun loungers and beanbags to relax on before the race.

We invite you, your loved ones and friends to join us in celebrating this special day.

Change zone

Our race is a charity relay. Runners compete in teams of five, with each runner taking turns to complete the 4-kilometre course. The change zone is where runners pass the baton to one another before starting the next lap.

Your race numbers, which contain all the necessary information, will help you find your way around the transition zone. Each number consists of three parts.

Example: 547 A 2

547 – your team’s number

A – the designation of the pit from which your team starts

2 – information about which runner you are in your team’s order

Starter packs

The Warsaw Race Office is located at the Warsaw Presidential Hotel, Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79, 00-698 Warsaw. Packets can be collected from the Wars and Sawa rooms on the 2nd floor (you can get there via the escalator or lift by the reception).

The Race Office will be open on 28–29 August 2026:

  • 28 August (Friday) – 12:00–20:00
  • 29 August (Saturday) – 12:00–20:00

You can also collect your race packs on the day of the race (30 August) at Bemowo Airport (at the info point in the race town) between 7.00 am and 9.00 am. Please remember, however, to arrive well in advance.

The starter packs must be collected by the team captain or a person authorised in writing by the captain.

Starter packs can only be collected once all competitors from a given team have submitted health declarations. These documents can be submitted electronically or the originals can be brought to the Race Office.

PLEASE NOTE: Each document must be an original (we do not accept scans) and must bear a legible, handwritten signature. The person collecting the kit should carry photo ID with them.

Would you like to have something engraved on your Poland Business Run 2025 medal?

You can use the services of GrawerBus, which will be operating at the race village.

GrawerBus can engrave any details onto your medal, such as your first name, surname and race time. There is a charge for the engraving. Runners who have purchased Charity packages are entitled to this service free of charge as part of their package.

Parking and getting to the race

We do not provide on-site parking for runners, so we encourage you to use public transport. You can reach the Bemowo Airport area by, for example, taking the M2 underground line to Bemowo station, then changing to a tram.

Please remember to arrive at the race at least half an hour before the start so you can find your team and take your place in the transition area. The group warm-up starts at 9.00!
