PBR in Warsaw (Real, Real Plus, Real Charity and PBR Walk packages)

The Warsaw Race Office is located at the Warsaw Presidential Hotel, Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79, 00-698 Warsaw. Packets can be collected from the Wars and Sawa rooms on the 2nd floor (you can get there via the escalator or lift by the reception).

The Race Office will be open on 28–29 August 2026:

  • 28 August (Friday) – 12:00–20:00

You can also collect your race packs on the day of the race (30 August) at Bemowo Airport (at the info point in the race town) between 7.00 am and 9.00 am. Please remember, however, to arrive well in advance.

The starter packs must be collected by the team captain or a person authorised in writing by the captain.

Starter packs can only be collected once all competitors from a given team have submitted health declarations. These documents can be submitted electronically or the originals can be brought to the Race Office.

PLEASE NOTE: Each document must be an original (we do not accept scans) and must bear a legible, handwritten signature. The person collecting the kit should carry photo ID with them.

Virtual run (Virtual, Virtual Plus and Virtual Charity packages)

Starter packs for participants in the virtual run will be delivered by GLS – our Logistics Partner.

We will send starter packs for each team by 21 August 2026 to the address provided by the team on the Registration Form.

We ask team captains to distribute the packs amongst the runners.

Virtual Eco Pack

Virtual Eco is a concept where we do not send out a physical starter pack. Runners will receive a virtual medal – this can be downloaded from the results table on the Poland Business Run website once they have completed the charity run.

We encourage you to share your virtual medal on social media. Show others how you’re helping! Thank you for looking after the environment at the same time.

Further information

Volunteers at the Race Offices speak Polish and English. They will help you collect your race packs efficiently.

The team captain needs to present a photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence) to collect the race packs.

Race packs will be issued to teams whose entry fee has been recorded in the system.
