When will my starter pack be ready?
August is approaching, which is the time when we start to complete your starter packs for you. The form of delivery and composition of the kits depends on the type of package selected beforehand. Below we present the most important information concerning the collection of start packages for the Poland Business Run 2023.
Virtual run (Virtual and Virtual Plus packages)
We plan to dispatch the start packages for participants in the virtual run from 7 to 18 August. The order of dispatch is determined by the order of registration for the run. It will be delivered to you by couriers thanks to GLS - our logistics sponsor. Each shipment contains a package for 5 runners.
Captains are asked to distribute the contents among the competitors.
Important!
The courier will deliver to the shipping address indicated when registering the team. If you wish to change it, please log into your account. Select the your teams tab. Navigate to the selected team. Use the Edit button. Change the data in the form in the Shipping Information section. Confirm the changes using the Save button.
And most importantly, do it by the end of July! After this time it will not be possible to make changes to the address.
Stationary run (Real, Real Plus and Real Charity packages)
Packages for the stationary run must be collected in person at the Race Office in Krakow.
The Race Office will be open from 30 August to 2 September 2023 at the following times:
- 30.08.2023 (Wednesday), 12:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m.
- 31.08.2023 (Thursday), 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- 01.09.2023 (Friday), 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- 02.09.2023 (Saturday), 12:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The location of the Race Office: Hala Cracovia, al. Marszałka Ferdynanda Focha 40.
ATTENTION! An additional day of Race Office for teams from outside Krakow:
- 03.09 - 7.00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Hala Cracovia)
The package will be collected by the team captain or a person authorised by them in writing. The person collecting the package must have with them a set of 5 Declarations from the athletes (members of their team) certifying their health status.
PLEASE NOTE: Each of the documents must be original (we do not accept scans) and contain a legible, handwritten signature.

Virtual Eco package
If you have chosen the Virtual Eco package, we do not have any material items for you to send, but you can download a virtual medal in our app - Poland Business Run (download from App Store or Google Play) and share them on social media.
