This year you can join the Poland Business Run not only by running, but also by walking! The first PBR Walk, a recreational walk, will be launched in Krakow on 6 September 2025.
Here's what you need to know about the PBR Walk
At Poland Business Run, we want everyone to be able to get involved in helping people with amputations and women after mastectomy. Don't want to or can't run in the Poland Business Run? That doesn't rule out your chance to participate in this year's charity event.
Come along to the new PBR Walk formula. It's a recreational walk and an option for anyone who wants to complete the route together with their team at one time. The recreational walk is not a relay, so you can set off with your team from the start at the same time and enjoy a team-building walk.
PBR Walk route
Participants who take part in the PBR Walk will have 4 kilometres to complete. This is the same route that the runners will face a few hours earlier! The difference, however, is the pace - there will be as much as an hour to complete the PBR Walk distance, so the route will be a leisurely stroll.
The route goes around Błonia Krakowskie and ends in Jordan Park. The start of the PBR Walk will be at 1 p.m. Participants must be at the start line at 12:45.
For safety reasons, no cycling, rollerblading, skateboarding or other mechanical devices are allowed on the route, as well as walking with a dog. The use of an active wheelchair and Nordic walking poles is permitted.
Starter pack
The PBR Walk is a group competition that you can only sign up for as a member of a team of five.
Each team member will receive a commemorative start number and a medal. Participants of the PBR Walk are warmly invited to join the activities that will be waiting in the Jordan Park and to relax in the recreation area.
Until when can you sign up?
Registration for the PBR Walk is open until 30 July 2025. To register your team, go to https://bieg.pbr.pl/en/.
