Runners, it’s time to choose your T-shirt sizes!
The 15th edition of the Poland Business Run is just around the corner, and with it comes a special T-shirt to accompany you during the run. We hope it will stay with you for a long time and motivate you to keep training throughout the year.
To ensure everyone is comfortable during the run, please choose the right T-shirt size. How do you do this properly?
1. Take out your favourite running T-shirt, the one you feel most comfortable in.
2. Lay it flat on a surface.
3. Measure its length and width across the chest.
4. Compare the measurements you’ve taken with the size chart and choose the T-shirt that fits best.

Important for team captains
If you’re registering a team, remember to collect the sizes from all your team members and enter them on the registration form. We encourage team members to provide their sizes to their captain and remind them to complete the details.
