PBR Walk in Kraków and Warsaw. How does the walking format work?

05.05.2026

Don't like running but want to take part in the Poland Business Run? You can also complete our 4 km charity walk – in a team of five and along the race route. Join the PBR Walk and participate to support people with physical disabilities, after amputations and mastectomies.

What is the PBR Walk like?

The PBR Walk is a team-building walk. Just like in a running relay, participants compete in teams of five. But unlike the PBR Run, there is no changeover zone or baton handover here, as all participants set off from the starting line at the same time.

PBR Walk participants have to cover the same distance as the runners, i.e. 4 km. The time limit for completing the PBR Walk is 60 minutes.

For safety reasons, you may not use bicycles, roller skates, skateboards or other mechanical devices along the route, nor may you walk with a dog. Walkers may use an active wheelchair and Nordic walking poles.

When does the PBR Walk start?

We organised the PBR Walk for the first time last year in Kraków. Participants really enjoyed the event, which is why we’re also bringing a Warsaw edition of our charity walk.

Join us for a walk:

  • in Warsaw on 30 August at 12:30.
  • in Kraków on 5 September at 12:30.

Registration for the PBR Walk

The PBR Walk is a team event for which you can only register as part of a five-person team.

Registration opens on 12 May at 12:00 on the website bieg.pbr.pl/en/. Although entries will be accepted until 27 July (until 23:59), it is worth making a decision as soon as possible, as the number of participants is limited – in Kraków the limit is 1,000 runners (200 teams), and in Warsaw 500 runners (100 teams).

Entry fee and race pack

The race pack for a team taking part in the PBR Walk (5 people) costs PLN 500.00 net (PLN 540.00 gross).

Packages must be collected from the race office before the start. Each participant will receive a commemorative race number and a medal. PBR Walk packages do not include T-shirts.

Taking part in the PBR Walk is not just about the walk itself! We warmly invite all participants to enjoy the attractions prepared in the race village and the leisure zone.
