Would you like to help us organise one of the biggest charity events in Poland? Join the Poland Business Run volunteer team and help us create a run that has been supporting people with physical disabilities, after amputations and after mastectomies for 15 years. Together, we can do a great deal of good!
Every year, hundreds of volunteers put their commitment, smiles and hearts into organising our run, which has already seen over 320,000 participants take to the starting line. Now you can join them and work with us to create something that has a real impact on the lives of others. If you like to get involved, want to gain new experiences and spend time in great company, we’re waiting for you in Kraków and Warsaw.
Who can become a volunteer?
Anyone who wants to help organise the Poland Business Run in Kraków or Warsaw. We welcome:
- school students interested in sport, event organisation and helping others,
- university students looking to gain practical experience or complete an internship,
- employees of companies and corporations participating in corporate volunteering schemes,
- individuals, groups of friends, organisations, associations and companies wishing to get involved in organising the event.
We need the most support at the end of August and the beginning of September, when preparations for the run and its organisation are underway.
We do not require any previous volunteering experience – what counts most is enthusiasm, commitment and positive energy. Anyone aged 13 or over can become a volunteer. In the case of minors, a consent form signed by a legal guardian will be required.
Key tasks for volunteers include:
- assisting with the distribution of race packs at the Race Office in Warsaw on 28–29 August 2026 and in Kraków on 2–6 September 2026;
- working in the medal zone, water station, change zone and changing rooms on race day, i.e. 30 August 2026 (Sunday) in Warsaw and 5–6 September 2026 (Saturday, Sunday) in Kraków;
- assistance along the race route (helping to maintain order, providing information) on 30 August 2026 (Sunday) in Warsaw and 5–6 September 2026 (Saturday, Sunday) in Kraków.
