How to submit a document

Follow the steps below to send us an electronically signed document:

Step 1 Depending on the option you have chosen, download the template of the athlete's declaration or the authorization to collect the starter package as a .doc file

Step 2 Fill in the downloaded document with the required details and save it as a .pdf, then sign it with a qualified electronic signature or a Trusted Profile

Step 3 Provide your e-mail address and upload and send your document signed electronically

Step 4 Wait for the submitted document to be verified
